Tuesday:

3 miles easy (10:24 per mile pace)

Wed:

4 miles w/ 2 miles @ HMP (9:09) per mile

Thursday:

4 miles easy – 10:24 pace

Friday:

Rest

Saturday:

5 mils @ 10:24 per mile pace

*HMP = half marathon pace
