The Happy Hour #422: Jeannie Cunnion

My guest for The Happy Hour #422 is Jeannie Cunnion. Jeannie Cunnion is a Jesus lover and a grace clinger. She is the author of Don’t Miss Out and Mom Set Free. She is wild about her man, their 5 boys, and Danita’s Children in Haiti.

I love bonding with other moms as we get ready to launch kids into the real world – helps me feel less alone ha! In today’s episode, Jeannie and I talk about taking this season to create memory-making moments with family and being intentional about having time together. Jeannie also dives into her newest book, which is a whole book about The Holy Spirit: who He is, what He does, and why it matters so much. It’s beautiful to know that The Holy Spirit is always working in our lives, even when we don’t know He’s working. I love when she says “The same Holy Spirit who empowered Jesus is the same Holy Spirit that rose Jesus from the dead, is the same Holy Spirit that filled the disciples and radically transformed them…that’s the same Holy Spirit that is in you and is in me.” WOW. We don’t ever really think about it that way, but we should. I’m so thankful for the way Jeannie challenged me in this conversation, and I hope you walk away confident that you can trust The Holy Spirit’s work in your life.
