Isabel Garza is a registered dietitian who is on a mission to help women nourish their bodies with confidence. I am so thankful for the work Isabel is doing and her passion to see women find freedom. Isabel talks about how to learn more about our own bodies and get rid of all the rules that we make about eating. She breaks down the difference between emotional hunger and physical hunger, and giving women the power to make good decisions about the foods that make them feel good.
