This month I asked for some springy outfits (whatever that means) and they came through with great stuff. I ended up only keep 3 out of the 5 items for reasons I'll tell you about below.

Here's what I got this month:

First up is this maxi dress.  Let me explain this first.  I think I love maxi dresses.  I am trying to love maxi dresses.  I love when I see them on other people. I love pinning them on pintrest.  BUT when I put this on I did not like it.  I felt like the elastic area accentuated my least favorite area of my body, and from the back it looked even worse.  So … as much as I want a cute new maxi dress, this one wasn't cutting it for me so I sent it back.

The weird thing is that when I look at this picture I kinda like the dress, but it didn't feel right on, and so I still think I made the right call.

Next up is this cute very bright pink shirt. It's sheer and has a cami that came with it, and for the most part I really like it. Aaron even really liked it.  I think I would wear it, but I don't love it.  That's the deal with stitch fix is that if I don't love it, I don't want to keep it. I have developed some credit with them through their referral program and so for me it's worth only keeping what I truly love. This shirt is cute and fun, but the more it sat on my desk the less I loved it. So, although I think it's super cute, and it fit great I didn't love it and therefore I sent it back.

Next up is the sleeveless floral shirt.  At first glance I didn't like this shirt much, but when I put it on I realized that I could change up this shirt a lot. Great for the heat in the summer, and great for the cool nights of the Spring with a cute jacket over it. Aaron liked it as well and that's a big factor in what I chose to keep or send back. On a side note I look crazy in this picture.  I had Cayden take all the pics and we had been playing outside all day and that's where the sweaty forehead comes from. This was a keeper for me.

Next up is this super light weight cardigan.  It's 3/4 length sleeves and I seriously LOVE LOVE LOVE this cardigan. Not only is it cute, but it's also lightweight and perfect for the summer. I knew I would keep this as soon as it came out of the box.  On another side note with this awful picture and the design on my tank top by belly looks about 4 months prego!  Ha!  I'm not in case you were wondering.

I also received a super cute bracelet in my fix that I decided to keep as well. It's gold and says “love” in it and is right up my alley.

If you hate shopping, this service is SO FOR YOU! I hate shopping, and so this is a great way for me to get new clothes and never have to leave my house. I actually feel like I hear a chorus of angels singing each time a box arrives at my doorstep. I never left the house, and new clothes arrived.

Each time you get a box (which can be monthly, or whenever you want) it costs you a $20 styling fee.  If you keep nothing in your box all you lose is the $20.  Whatever you keep, the $20 goes towards that price.  It's a win for sure when you end up keeping something.

If you sign up for stitch fix and tell your friends you can rack up some referral credits. Every time a friend uses your referral code and has a fix shipped to them you get $25 credit.  Y'all that is a lot of credit just for telling your friends about something that you love.  Jessi does a great job of explaining how she gets so much credit and how you can too!

In case you are new here, I've blogged about my other Stitch Fixes that I've gotten and you should click HERE to see them all.

There's my stitch for this month!  Should I have kept that pink shirt?
