I love how my Stitch Fix box just seems to show up at the perfect time each time it arrives. A few months ago I received my Stitch the day I was going on a date with my man, Deacon, and so I was excited to have a new dress to be able to wear out for the night.

One of my favorite things that I love about each box is that I never feel obligated to keep it all, but I love having the options to keep one or five, whatever I'm feeling. I usually average keeping 1-2 pieces from each box and that's just perfect for me. Honestly I'm not a shopper, and so a new piece of clothing every other month is good for me. I'm pretty low maintenance.

Here's what I came in my 17th stitch:

First off here are the two things that I did end up keeping! I loved this dress as soon as I pulled it out of the box. It's cute, stylish, and still helps me feel good about parts of my body that I'm not too fond of. You know what I mean.

Then this purse. I've been wanting a new cute clutch and this one is so fun! It has a gold chain where you can wear it as a cross body, but I wasn't a fan of the gold chain so I just use it as a clutch. It's easy enough to throw in your phone, some lipstick, some cash and you are out the door!

Now this shirt … I LOVED it! BUT I didn't think it would hold up for me. I wasn't sure about the washing and wearing, so I sent it back. See that's the fun of StitchFix. If you don't love it, send it back! This is the one thing in the box that was a maybe. I could have kept or could have sent back. Either way would have worked.

This shirt is cute and looks cute, but I didn't feel cute in it, and that means it's a no-go. I need to feel good in it if I'm going to wear it.

Now these shorts. These shorts. When you look at the picture you say, “Jamie those are so cute”, but let me tell you in person they were not me. I have some friends that could rock these. I am not one of those people. No way. I want to be able to wear cute shorts like this, but I can't.

So, that was my latest STITCH and I kept two out of the three things. I say that's a win. If you are the least bit curious about how this works, I encourage you to head on over to their website and at least sign up. Then when you are ready you can schedule your first box! It's really easy.

1. $25 styling fee – if you keep anything, that goes towards the purchase

2. Keep as little or as much as you want. If you keep all 5 pieces you get a discount.

3. Create a Pintrest board with styles you like so your stylist can get to know you!

Then let me know how it works out for you!

*Also Cayden (my 11 year old) always takes all my pictures for these. At first he hates it, but then he starts telling me what to do: “Look that way” “Put your head down” “Put your hand over there” It kinda cracks me up!
