The other night I felt like cooking and so I whipped up some pasta and tried a new sauce to go on it.

Here’s another Peanut Butter Pasta dish for you….we love it! It tastes very asian.
Thai Peanut Pasta
1 package Bowtie pasta
3 Tbs. soy sauce
2 Tbs. rice wine vinegar (or rice vinegar)
1/2 tsp. dried hot pepper flakes
2 Tbs. packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter (or smooth for less crunch)
2 Tbs. Oriental sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat until smooth. Toss sauce with cooked pasta.

i keep meaning to tell you that i got one off of your blog awhile back…quinoa soup…and I have another quinoa soup that is so cheap and easy and soooo unbelievably delicious. I think you and Aaron and the boys would love it. I also have a peanut butter pasta one that I need to give you…similar to this…i think you would love it as well. i really need to spend some time typing some recipes up and forwarding them out.
