I just finished a non-thinking book, which is usually what I like the best these days! I read EVEN NOW by Karen Kingsbury. It was entertaining and fast, so it made for an easy read. I hear this is in a series, so now I feel as though I'm locked in and must read the next one. Anyone read these?
Next on my list is a book I've been wanting to read for some time now.
My mom reads those Karen Kingbury books and LOVES them. I’ve been wanting to read them for a while now, but kinda always forget about them…. haha. See ya tomorrow for lunch!

Hi Jamie,
I borrowed Going Public from Julie and have already used a couple of things from the book with Levi! He’s at Manor Elementary where there are lots of ‘learning’ opportunities for him and I! I’m glad Caden is enjoying Kinder!

Any book written by Immaculee Ilibigaza!! I have read Our Lady of Kibeho (Phenomenal!) and Led By Faith…and, am in the beginning chapters of Left To Tell. Immaculee is a Rwandan genocide survivor and after reading Our Lady of Kibeho and Left To Tell, I agree 100% with Immaculee that God certainly did leave her to “tell”!! Amazing words to read by this woman, Jamie!! I can’t stop telling people whenever I am asked for book suggestions…..I’m still processing the words I have read and yet, am overwhelmingly Believing every single word written….get the books:) please:)
I’m a Karen Kingsbury fan. I loved Even Now. Actually, I’ve enjoyed all of her books that I’ve read so far….. 🙂
I love Karen Kingsbury. The next one after Even Now is Ever After and is a MUST! Her books are amazing.
While this is not a group of books, as a adoptive mom, the book “Twenty Things Adopted Kids Wish their Adoptive Parents Knew”, is on my list. I received it as a gift. I will let you know how it is!
I am definitely going to read Going Public…this has really been a heavy thing on my heart lately!
Have you read “The Mark of the Lion” series by Francine Rivers? I seem to think that you might have mentioned it before, but can’t remember. Truly a must-read series. Other than that, I really like books by Lori Wick, too. And I agree with Erin about Safely Home. Great book.
