I can barely even believe June is almost here. May was truly the blink of an eye – and now the kids are officially out of school! WOO! I love getting to catch up on reading in the summer so this is just the beginning for me!

Here's what I read in May:

The Giver

Story was reading The Giver by Lois Lowry for school and I read it forever ago but we listened to this on audio together. Next up for us is Gathering Blue which is next in this series!

Don't Give The Enemy A Seat At Your Table

Louie Giglio wrote this book as a reminder to fight the enemy. If we give the enemy a seat at our table, we allow his lies to have a place, too. Don't Give The Enemy A Seat At Your Table is a great tool to stop the spiral of shame and restore peace in your life.

The Last Thing He Told Me

I surveyed my friends on Instagram and asked for some great books to listen to as I drove to Dallas one weekend. There were tons of great recommendations and The Last Thing He Told Me showed up a few times. I really liked this book! It moved at a good speed, and a lot of it took place in Austin, so that was fun!
