One of the things that I can honestly say attributes to the success of the marriage between Aaron and I is that we do truly think of each other often. We both love to surprise each other with things that we know the other will love. Not big things, but things that mean a lot to the other person!
Tonight was nothing out of the ordinary for us. While Aaron was gone at church tonight Bush and I texted back and forth about a book that Aaron has been wanting to read. He's leaving tonight for a retreat so I thought it would be super sweet for me to buy the book, put it on my kindle (that I've yet to use) and have it charged up and ready for him to go. Bush pointed me in the right direction and I bought my first book for my kindle.
When Aaron walked in he had his hand behind his back and a huge smile on his face. I told him I had a surprise for him and he said he had one for me too!
Oh I love when we both think of each other during the day and do something special!
He brought his hand from behind his back and it was a bag of coffee from Thunderbird. To you it was no big deal, but to me it brought a huge smile to my face. You see it was all ground and ready to go and one of my least favorite things to do around here is grind coffee. I will wait until Aaron is home to grind up coffee. I have no idea why, but I hate it even more than unloading the dishwasher. So not only did he get me coffee before he left out of town, but he also had them grind it for me. Oh i love that man!
Then I told him about my surprise! He was so happy.
Gosh I love my man!
Oh and not sure why I had my glasses on top of my head, but they did fall off my head when I leaned back to kiss him. Sexy isn't it!
ooo… look at those nails!!!
I love this! I especially love it because you both had a surprise for each other for no other reason that true love! So sweet! Inspiring!
