WHAT YOU WILL HEAR
My guest for The Happy Hour #318 is Caitlin Crosby. Caitlin Crosby is the founder and CEO of The Giving Keys, an organization that engraves inspirational words as a way to pay it forward and encourage people who need words of truth. The Giving Keys has employed over 140 people transitioning out of homelessness.
In today’s episode, Caitlin tells us the story of starting The Giving Keys, finding a balance between running a business and prioritizing family, and her vulnerable journey with overcoming body image. Caitlin also dives into her fight with mental health and normalizing failure as part of being human. She talks a lot about her passion for being in control of our minds and what we tell ourselves. She says, “My mind isn’t going to tell me what to think. I’m going to tell my mind what to think.” It is such a good reminder to know that we don’t have to give into the lies we tell ourselves, but instead take it captive and pour truth over it. I’m so thankful for Caitlin’s vulnerability and hope you feel empowered to walk in truth today. Check out her new book, You Are The Key: Turning Imperfections into Purpose wherever books are sold!
