My guest for The Happy Half Hour #31 is my friend, Alli Worthington. Alli is the author of Breaking Busy and Fierce Faith, business coach, advisor and Executive Director of Propel Women. Alli’s no-nonsense, guilt-free take on business, family, and balance has lead to appearances on The Today Show and Good Morning America. She loves to speak at women's conferences and business events. Alli, her husband, Mark, and their five sons live outside of Nashville, TN.
Alli was on The Happy Hour for episode #114. If you missed her then, make sure to catch up here, as she was one of our most popular guests in 2016.
She's back today to catch up, report back on her personal mantra, the advice she loves to give out, her personal goals for the year and her pet peeve.
Alli is also graciously giving away her 52 Ways to be Happier, Healthier and Enjoy Life More Series. Make sure you check that out here.
{You can listen to the show HERE. And of course, I would love if you would share with your friends. Just use the FB & Twitter links at the end of this post!}

Okay, idea on the whole hair smelling good thing…couple sips of fave essential oil on your hairbrush. Essential oils aren’t “oily” but some lavender, ylang ylang, frankincense, etc can help in the hair washing limbo days.
Ok the whole hair thing YES!! I am a swimmer and this is what I do if you want to stick with it…yes your hair will get wet but you can swim on days that you would normally wash your hair??? I get mine wet before I swim and comb in “it’s a 10” leave in conditioner but you can use any conditioner, put up in pony tail bun and wear a cap. I swim 3 days a week and just wash my hair on those days:). Good luck, I’m addicted to swimming now and have been since back injury in my 30’s and I’m now 54. The great thing about swimming is you become better the longer you swim instead of age affecting you hahaha so I feel young:)
