For those of you that have been around here for a while you remember our sweet Fenda that was with us for 9 weeks in 2009.  She stole our hearts and God used her to show us much about servant hood.  I think about this sweet girl often and today is her birthday and she is now FIVE.  OH my gracious she is five.  I love five year olds!  I have two of them!

We took Fedna back to Haiti on one of our trips to see our kids.  It was one of the hardest things I've ever been through.  She cried and cried and cried when we separated and then 2 days later I saw her and she didn't even act like she knew me. Oh my heart was broken.  I was so happy for her to be back with her parents, but oh was that hard on my emotions.

We still talk about Fedna around here.  She impacted our whole family!
