Today my sweet baby boy Amos is turning THREE years old!  I can't believe it!

This is a bitter sweet day for me.  I'm so happy that I know him and that I get to be his momma one day soon, but it is super hard because this is our first birthday to miss with him.  Although we missed the first two, we didn't know about him then and so to me this is our first big birthday to miss.

Amos is being potty trained and this week he had no accidents!  Yippee for him!!!

This little guy cracks me up.  He is a ham and loves to be the center of attention.  He plays well with others and it is as if he has three big brothers at Licia's house.  He cracks me up at meal times and is a super sweet little guy.

Amos I have big plans for you and the great thing is that I know that God does too.  You have come so far in this short life of yours and have touched so many people that you don't even know about.  You were planned for us during this journey before the beginning of time.  God knew exactly when we would see you on Licia's blog.  He knew exactly when your daddy would decide that we should expand our family again.  He knew exactly how this would all go down.  He is not surprised by our wait or impatience in this journey.  We are trusting him with your life and with our adoption.  I pray wisdom for you, joy, abundance, laughter, patience, peace, love, and an abundance of birthday's to come with your brothers, sister and momma and papa.

I earnestly pray that you are home with us next year on your birthday.  We will have a big party and rejoice over you and thank the God that created you for great things.
