Things you should know right now! That sounds so bossy, but it's really just things I want you to know because I know them and love them!
My friend Rachel Hollis released her first cookbook and I think it's pretty awesome. I think she's awesome, and so naturally she wrote a cookbook and it's awesome as well. In all seriousness, it's a cookbook for people just like me. I need easy recipes, with lots of pictures and simple instructions, and this cookbook doesn't disappoint. I don't trust a cookbook without any pictures, and so this one gets all of my thumbs up. Also it's on sale right now, so go snag yourself one. Order HERE.
Speaking of Rachel, she's my co-host for the Christmas show that releases on November 16th and I CAN NOT wait for you guys to hear it. It's one of my top favorite things to do on the podcast each year, and to get to have Rachel join me is just the icing on the cake!
If you don't subscribe to the podcast yet, do that today so you won't miss another show! Subscribe HERE, and if you need a little help I posted a tutorial once that you can see HERE.
Advent is around the corner, believe it or not. I know we haven't even gotten to Halloween yet (my least favorite holiday EVER), but it will show up before we know it. I know of two places doing great things for advent, and I think you should check them both out!
First is Amen Paper Company and they have the cutest little Advent mini prints you will ever lay your eyes on. Use the code JAMIEIVEY and get 10% off your order.
Second is Sacred Holidays advent devotional that I think you should check out. I was honored to be a contributor to this devotional and you can use the code HAPPYHOUR to get 10% off your order. Plus my favorite part of this is that they are getting these devotionals to women in prison and you guys MY JAIL that I volunteer at each week is getting some! So, help me out and go buy some!!
Lastly friends I hope that you have a great week. All this election stuff is almost over, and we can get back to our regularly scheduled lives. I'm so not political, and so I try not to get caught up in it, but this year no one can help but get caught up in it.
Happy Thursday!
