crockpot chicken

I'm not a food blogger. I am not a great cook.  I can follow a recipe, but coming up with something on my own, not good.  Aaron can walk into the kitchen and create a masterpiece after I have just declared “there's nothing to eat in here, we should go out!”.  I love that about him.

I say all that to let you know that when I share a recipe on here, you should know it is going to be easy and fail proof.  If I can do it, so can you.

I was talking to my friend Sally this morning about crock pot meals (which I'm a huge fan of) and what I had put in the crock pot this morning.  Frozen Chicken w/ pasta sauce.

On a side note, the crock pot is the ONLY way I will cook chicken.  I'm so scared of cooking chicken and not getting it done, that I never cook it.  Ever.

Here's my recipe for my Crock Pot Chicken, Pasta and Broccoli – get ready it's a difficult one.  Get a pen.  Grab some paper.

You unwrap the frozen chicken, put them in the crock pot, cover with pasta sauce, and put on low all day.  When chicken is done I shred with my kitchen scissors while still in the crockpot.  Then before you are ready to eat you boil some pasta (we did gluten free) and boil some frozen broccoli.  When the pasta and broccoli are done you add to chicken pasta mixture.  Add a bunch of spices and then you are done.  You can not mess this up if you tried.

I just made one of your evenings next week go a tad bit smoother.  I do what I can.  You know me, just a regular food blogger!  Pioneer Woman would be so proud.
